Our museum is accessible year-round through guided tours. Prior booking is required. We open tour slots for online booking two weeks in advance. As our private museum also hosts private events, it’s not always possible to schedule tours. Feel free to contact us before planning your visit.

Tours are usually scheduled on Wednesdays, weekends, and every day during French school holidays.
Unfortunately, the museum won’t be available on Wednesday, the 18th, Saturdays the 14th, 21st, and 28th, and Sunday the 29th of September.

Please note that this tour is conducted in French. We provide a handout in English to help non-French-speaking visitors follow the tour. Our tours in English are primarily scheduled during the summer.

The tour lasts one and a half hours and is recommended for children aged 5 and above.

Throughout the year, the Pavillons de Bercy is accessible only with prior booking for guided tours. For the European Heritage Days, visitors can enjoy one of our guided tours at a special rate.
